This delicious box of chocolate eggs contains 12 eggs with a subtle salted caramel, each finished with a crunchy speckled chocolate shell.

The Chocolate Detective has a mission to find the most mindfully, fairly and sustainably produced chocolate that retains its deliciousness. Founder, and chocolate legend, Chantal Cody seeks out chocolate that is 100% transparent about its origin and supports the people at the start of the value chain, employing cocoa farmers and small chocolate makers and supporting local economies. Everything the company makes and sells is 100% recyclable, biodegradable or compostable, in simplistic but beautiful packaging.

Ingredients:

Sugar, Ecuador cocoa mass, caramel 12% (sugar, water, dextrose), concentrated butter (MILK), cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, glucose syrup, enrobing agents (gum arabic, carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac), starches, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, ‘fleur de sel’ salt, natural vanilla flavouring, colouring ingredients (safflower, lemon, radish, blackcurrant and apple concentrates, BARLEY malt extract). Milk chocolate contains 30% cocoa min, 19% milk solids min. Dark chocolate contains 52% cocoa min.
